In order to be considered for opportunity, interested tenderers are required to submit filled open tender
documents. The tender document can be downloaded FREE of charge from the website:
www.rvnp.ac.ke/tenders or from the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP): www.tenders.go.ke OR
obtained from Rift Valley National Polytechnic upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ksh.1,000 at
Accounts Office during working hours.
There will be mandatory pre-tender conference scheduled at 0800 hours on Thursday 11th December 2025
at Rift Valley National Polytechnic ground.
Completed tender documents should be enclosed in a plain sealed envelope, clearly indicating: – “TENDER
NUMBER” and “NAME” be deposited in the TENDER BOX situated at ADMINISTRATION BLOCK
