NATIONAL GOVERNMENT CONSTITUENCIES DEVELOPMENT FUND KESSES CONSTITUENCY TENDER 2021 

Kesses NC-CDF committee wishes to invite interested eligible competent contractors and suppliers from reputable companies to participate in the below tender.

Applicants wishing to participate must attach the following documents;

1. A certified copy of valid KRA Pin registration certificate.
2. A certified copy of business registration/incorporation certificate.
3. A certified copy of tax compliance certificate.
4. A certified copy of N.C.A certificate.
5. A certified copy of audited accounts for the last 3 years (i.e. 2016-2019).
6. Evidence of similar works done in the last 3 years.
7. Evidence to access to lines of credit & availability of other financial resources.
8. Proof of tools, equipment and personnel.
9. A sworn affidavit confirming no litigation history.
10. Bid security 2% of tender sum from a reputable bank or insurance company.

Tender documents with detailed specifications and tendering conditions can be obtained from KESSES POLICE STATION during normal working hours upon payment of non- refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000 (one thousand shillings only) in cash at the police station per set of documents. Prices quoted must be inclusive of all government taxes applicable. Complete documents should be submitted in plan sealed envelopes marked with tender name and number to the following address or hand delivered and dropped in Tender Box Kesses police station on or before 24.05.2021 at 10.00am and opened immediately thereafter in the presence of representatives who choose to attend at the police station.
