The applicants must have the following.
- Tender Confidential business questionnaire form (duly filled. Signed and stamped).
- Form Of tender (duly filled, signed and stamped).
- Bill of quantities (duly filled. Signed and stamped).
- Certificate of incorporation
- VAT / PIN certificate.
- Valid tax compliant certificate from KRA
- Bid bond of 2% of the tender sum valid for 90 days from a reputable bank insurance Company.
- Valid NCA certificate of category six (NCA6) and above-Building works
- Valid NCA Contractor Annual Practicing License
- Details Of similar works completed within five years.
- Sound financial standing (Audited accounts for the last three years)
- Name, qualification and experience of key personnel.
- Interested eligible contractors may obtain further information and tender documents at the Awendo NGCDF Offices situated at the DCCs compound during normal working hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm from 20th May 2021 to Thursday, 3rd June 2021 upon payment of Ksh.1000 (One thousand shillings) only inform of cash or Bankers Cheque drawn in favour of Awendo National Government Constituency Development Fund. However, Special groups who present AGPO Certificates will issued with the tender documents free of charge.
Dully filled tender documents must be returned to the Awendo NGCDF Office Tender Box in a plain sealed envelope with the tender number indicated the top left hand corner addressed to; THE FUND ACCOUNT MANAGER,

So as to be received on or not later than THURSDAY, 3rd JUNE 2021 AT 12.00 NOON. Opening of tender application documents will be publicly done at the Awendo NGCDF Conference room in the of bidders who choose to attend.
NOTE
Late documents shall not be accepted and should be returned unopened.
