PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF MABERA SUB-COUNTY EDUCATION OFFICES

The office invites bids from interested and eligible bidders/Firms for construction of a storey building sub-county offices. Tenderers may inspect the site and obtain a complete set of tender documents from NC-CDF office Kehancha during normal working hours. Details of the tender are as follows

Interested tenderers who meet the following mandatory requirement supported by certified copies of requisite documents at submission will be considered for further evaluation.

1. Provide certificate of incorporation.
2. Provide valid national construction authority (NCA) certificate under categories NCA8
3. Provide PIN/VAT registration certificate
4. Provide valid tax compliance certificate
5. Must provide a bid bond of Kshs. 80,000of the bid price which remain valid for 120 days (after the expiry of the tender validity period) in form of a bank guarantee from a reputed bank or approved insurance by public procurement regulatory authority.
6. Dully filled form of tender
7. Dully filled confidential business questionnaires
8. Valid CR12 from the registrar of companies
9. Must show the proof of the following
10. a)Adequate equipment holding for the specified type of work.
11. b)Key technical staff to be engaged
12. c)Audited accounts for the last three years (2018 to 2020)
13. d)Bank account in the name of the company (attached six months bank statement)
14. e)Work of similar magnitude and complexity undertaken in the last three years.
15. f)Litigation history of the company (both court and arbitration cases)
16. g)Evidence of sound financial standing or access to bank credit.

Should be deposited in the tender box at the entrance of the Sub-County offices on or before 29^th July 2021 at 10.00AM. Tender will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of tenderers and /or their representatives who choose to attend.
