PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF MACADAMIA AGGREGATION CENTRE IN KITHEO, AKITHI WARD, MERU COUNTY – NARIGP

NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL AND RURAL INCLUSIVE GROWTH PROJECT TENDER OCTOBER 2022  

COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF MERU 

1. National agricultural Rural Inclusive Growth Project (NARIGP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payment under the contract for proposed construction Macadamia aggregation centre at Kitheo, Akithi Ward, Meru County. The County Government of Meru (CGM) now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for Construction for proposed construction of Macadamia aggregation centre
2. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s procurement regulations for IPF Borrowers – Procurement in Investment Project Financing
3. Interested Contractors shall download the documents freely from the CGM website www.meru.go.ke  or government portal https://tenders.go.ke and Must forward their particulars immediately for recording and further clarification and addenda to procurement.finance@meru.go.ke  or NARIGP County Project Coordinator through email address narigpmeru@gmail.com   
4. Bids must be delivered and deposited in the tender box located at the reception of the County Government of Meru Headquarters and addressed to the;

So as to be received on or before 25^th  October, 2022 at 10:00 AM. It will be necessary to attend site visit at the site located at Akithi ward Agriculture Office, Tigania West Sub County. We have provided instructions on the site visit in the bid data sheet of ITB 19.1

5. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened immediately at 10:00am 25th October, 2022 in the presence of bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend.
