INVITATION TO TENDER
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF MAZERAS WATER SUPPLY IMPROVEMENT IN KASEMENI WARD

1. The Kwale County Government through the County Department of Water services invites sealed tenders for Proposed Construction of Bububu Water project Phase II .In Tsimba Golini WardTendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified, eligible and interested Tenderers.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours as from 8am-5pm at the procurement unit, department of Water Services.
3. A complete set of tender document may be obtained free of charge from the website electronically free of charge www.kwalecountygov.com and or www.suppplier.treasury.go.ke
4. Tender documents may be viewed, downloaded and forwarded for free at the website www.kwalecountygov.com and or info@kwalecounty@gmail.com. Attn: Chief Officer, Water Services to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for (119) days from the date of opening of tenders.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Two hundred Sixty thousand shillings only (Kshs260,000)
7. To enhance Equity Company /directors who were previously awarded a minimum of two open tenders for the financial year 2021/2022 by the county government of Kwale shall not be eligible to bid
8. The Tenderer shall only chronologically serialize all pages of his/her documents submitted.
9. Completed tenders must be submitted via the iSourcing portal at www.supplier.treasury.go.ke to the address below on or before 2nd June 2022 at 10.00am.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and times pecified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
11. All affidavits and power of attorney shall be executed by an active commissioner for oaths.
12. Late submission of tenders will be rejected.(Bidder will not be able to submit)
