The Rukingu Dairy Cooperative hereby invites interested qualified and eligible contractors to participate under Open Tender competitive method for procurement of works listed below.

Interested and eligible candidates shall obtain detailed information and inspect the tender documents at The Rukingu Dairy Farmers Cooperative Society Offices during normal working hours.
A complete set of tender documents shall be obtained from the cooperative offices during working hours Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 3:00 pm daily).
Tenderers shall ensure that the submitted bid (documents) are serialized/paginated well bound and intact (each page in the submitted page shall have serial identification)
Completed tender document shall be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with relevant tender reference number/tender description and shall be addressed to:

And be deposited in the tender box provided at the Rukingu Dairy Farmers Cooperative Offices so as to be received on or before the closing date as indicated above.
The bid documents shall close immediately after the indicated time and date mentioned above.
Thereafter the bids mill be opened in the presence of bidders who choose to attend at the Rukingu Dairy Farmers Cooperative Offices as indicated in the tender document.
