The B.O.M of Kangubiri Girls High School, Nyeri County Tetu Sub County wishes to invite sealed bids from interested, eligible and competent tenderers for the following tender

Interested bidders may obtain a set of bidding documents with detailed specifications and conditions from Kangubiri Girls High School Nyeri County P.O. Box 1794-10100 NYERI upon payment of Non-Refundable fee of kshs. 1,000 (One thousand shillings only).
Only bidders who meet the following mandatory requirements will be considered for further evaluation.
PRELIMINARY EVALUATION REQUIREMENTS
- Copy of Certificate of Incorporation Registration
- Attach Form CR 12 for 2022
- Valid Tax Compliance
- Valid and Relevant NCA Certificate and Annual Licence as Categorized above. M
- Provide a Bid bond of ksh.200,000 in form of a guarantee from reputable bank or insurance Company approved by PPOA, located in Kenya, and valid for 150 days from the closing date of the tender.
- Duly filled, signed and stamped forms of Tender, Tender Questionnaire. Confidential Business Questionnaire and Power of Attorney.
TECHNICAL EVALUATION
- Proof of previous experience in undertaking works of similar magnitude and complexity successfully in the last five (5) years especially in schools
- Proof of technical qualification and capacities to undertake the works successfully.
- Provide copies of Audited Financial Accounts for three (3) previous years dully endorsed signed and stamped by a registered external auditor.
- Litigation history (Attach Affidavits).
- Other mandatory requirements as detailed in respective tender documents.
- Copy of receipts issued after purchase of hard copy of tender document.
- The tenderer shall chronologically serialise pages of all tender documents submitted (in the format I -2-3).
