The County Government of Homa Bay invites bids from interested and eligible bidders for theproposedconstruction of Oyugis Slaughter house
1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardizedtenderdocument.
- The tender is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. Any Contractors with pendingworks with the County Government of Homa Bay are NOT eligible to participate inthistender.

Eligible and interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the biddingdocuments at the office of County Director of Procurement and Supplies Management between8.00am and 5.00pm Kenyan Time, during Official working days.

Bidders who download the tender document must register with County Government; thecompany name, postal, physical, email and telephone address for the purposes of receivinganyfurther tender clarifications and/or addendums if need be through Email:
procurement@homabay.go.ke. -
Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and service delivery costs, must be expressedinKenya shillings and will remain valid for 119 days from date of tender opening.

All tenderers to provide a tender security Ksh. 200,000 from financial institution regulatedbyCentral Bank of Kenya (CBK). Original tender security should be deposited and registeredwith the office of County Director of Procurement and Supplies Management while its copyisto be attached to the tender documents.

The Tenderer document shall be chronologically serialized. All pages of the tender document
submitted numerically in the order of 1, 2, 3…. of all the documents submitted. -
Completed tender documents must be submitted through the IFMIS supplier portal
www.supplier.treasury.go.ke not later than December 24, 2025 at 10:00 am. Manual
submissions will not be allowed.
