1. The Sacred Heart Mukumu Girls Senior School invites sealed tenders for the construction of PROPOSED
CONSTRUCTION OF PARALLEL SEPTIC TANK SYSTEM
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method -National- using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours office hours 0900 to 1700 hours at the address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a nonrefundable fees of KSH 1000 in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below. .
5. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 120 days
from the date of opening of tenders.
6. All tender must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kshs. 74,000 sum in cash, bank guarantee or bankers
cheque from a reputable bank which must remain valid for 180 days (After expiry of tender validity period) in
form of a bank guarantee from a reputable bank.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before10.00 am on 16/03/2026. Electronic Tenders
will not be permitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and
time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives
who choose to attend at the address below.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
