The NG-CDF RUIRU invites sealed tenders for the construction of Ruiru Huduma Centre in Ruiru, Kiambu County.
1.Tendering will be conducted under Open competitive method using a standardized tender document. The Tender isopen to allqualified and interested Tenderers..
- Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during Office Hours Monday to Friday 8:00 am-5:00pm at the address given below.

Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes.
Tenders shall remain valid for 1 2 0 days from the date of openingof tenders.
- The Tenderer shall be chronologically serialized on all pages of the tender documents submitted.

Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 21st November 2025 at 10am. Ruiru NG-CDF Office next to Ruiru Law Courts. P.O BOX 1250-00232 RUIRU
- Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time at the Ruiru NG CDF Office.
Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
