The Government of Kenya has received financing from The World Bank towards the cost of the Kenya climate smart agriculture project (KCSAP) and intends to apply the proceeds towards payments under the above contracts.

Prospective candidates may obtain further information from the office of the County project coordinator Kenya climate smart agriculture project (KCSAP) at the county commissioners offices compound during normal working hours and via email on supplychain@mandera.go.ke

Bidders may download the bid documents free of charge from www.mandera.go.ke but they will be required to register with the supplychain@mandera.go.ke immediately on download. Bidders who download the documents and fail to register with Mandera County may have their bids not opened and/ or evaluated.

Complete tender document (Original and 1 Copy) should be enclosed in a plain sealed envelope marked with the tender name and reference number and be deposited in the tender box located at the County Supply Chain Office next to Red Sea Resort and, Addressed to:

So as to be received on or before Tuesday 31st August, 2021 at 10:00 am East African Time. The tenders will be opened soon thereafter at the Coordinators office in the presence of bidders representatives who wish to attend.
