PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF TAIFA SACCO SOCIETY LTD HEADQUARTERS – NYERI
PREQUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS
Taifa Sacco Society Ltd intends to prequalify contractors for tendering for the above proposed development in Nyeri town. The works involve construction of an office block comprising of a basement and 5 no. floors.
Requirements
- A comprehensive and detailed company profile
- Registration particulars – (certificate of incorporation from registrar of companies together with CR12 form of not more than 180 days)
- Registration by NCA – ( copy of current NCA certificate category 4 and above)
- List of equipment and key personnel (attach proof of ownership /hire and CVs of personnel)
- Proof of works of similar magnitude and complexity undertaken in the last five year (include copies of completion certificates and contract agreements/ commissioning letters)
- Sound financial standing and access to bank credit line (attach one yea certified bank statements and proof of credit facility)
- Certified audited accounts for the last 3 years duly signed by auditors and the directors.
- Tax compliance certificate
- Frank and full disclosure of any litigation history (both court and arbitration)- provide signed affidavit for these proposed specific works
Interested and eligible contractors who are registered with NCA and have the minimum qualifications listed here above are invited to submit their prequalification bids for the works in hard copies at the Taifa Sacco Ltd tender box situated on 1st floor of NCU building on or before the 13th day of May 2022 by 10.00 am.
Prequalification bids for the work in plain sealed envelope should be addressed to;

NB: The bidders should note that only those meeting the criteria above as a minimum supported by relevant documents at submission will be considered for tendering of the works.
