The County Government of Nakuru invites bids from eligible bidders for the tenders as listed below in Nakuru city.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
- Copy of certificate of incorporation/registration
- Copy of valid tax compliance from KRA
- Copy of KRA pin certificate
- Copy of latest (6months or less) CR12
- Copy of valid business permit
- Copy of valid and active NCA Registration certificate (relevant category for the works as indicated in the tender document)
- Valid Practicing license from NCA for the relevant category
- Bid bond as indicated in the tender documents
- Dully filled, signed and stamped business questionnaires
- Pre-tender site visit certificate as signed by the authorised officer of Nakuru city
- Dully filled, signed and stamped business questionnaire
- Any other mandatory requirements as indicated in the tender document
Any bid that does not meet the mandatory requirements shall not be subject to any further evaluation. Further tender conditions and requirements are contained in the respective tender documents. Bidders shall download the tender documents from the County Website www.nakuru.go.ke or/and Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP).
Dully completed original and copy shall be submitted physically to the County Headquarter Tender Box on or before Wednesday 2nd November. 2022 at 2:00 pm
Pre-tender site visit will be on Friday 28th October, 2022 at the venue and time indicated in the tender document.
