INVITATION TO TENDER
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF TWO (2) NO. COURT ROOMS AND OFFICES AT THE KITALE LAW COURTS, KITALE TRANS NZOIA
COUNTY NEGOTIATION NO: 1205038-2022/2023
1. The County Government of Trans Nzoia invites sealed tenders for the proposed
construction of two (2) number court rooms and offices at the Kitale Law Courts, Kitale
Trans Nzoia.
2. Tendering will be conducted under National open competitive method using a
standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested
Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours at the address given below.
4. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s)
www.transnzoia.go.ke and also www.tenders.go.ke FREE OF CHARGE. All applicants who
download tender documents MUST submit accurate details and contacts for registration
through the following email: procurement@transnzoia.go.ke, to facilitate in relevant
communication during the tendering period.
5. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall
remain valid for ninety (90) days from the date of opening of tenders.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kshs.200,000/= (Kenya
Shillings two hundred thousand only).
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be submitted electronically through the IFMIS Portal
www.supplier.treasury.go.ke so as to be received on or before 17th March, 2023, at the
system indicated time. In addition, bidders shall also submit one hard copy of their
tender document which must be deposited in the tender box on or before 17th March,
2023, at the system indicated time
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or
any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the
presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the
address below.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
