TENDER INVITATION
CHEROBON MIXED DAY SECONDARY Wishes to invite bids from interested
and eligible bidders/firms for the PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF TWO CLASSROOMS.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information at the schools Principals
office during working hours and may also pay a site visit at the said station so as to
ascertain the scope of works. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by
interested bidders upon a payment of non-refundable fee as indicated above in cash
payable to the school. You may also download it at the ppip portal.
Interested bidders should note that only those who meet the criteria indicated below
as minimum requirement supported by relevant documents as at the time of
submission will be considered for further evaluation.
1. Must provide Proof of taxpayers’ registration (PIN/VAT)
2. Valid Tax compliance certificate or Tax exemption certificate issued by KRA.
3. Valid Certificate of Incorporation
4. Proof of similar works in the last three years (attach certificate of completion)
5. Duly filled and signed Tender Form
6. Attach a current trade license/Business permit
7. Submit a copy of CR12 issued by registrar of companies (not older than 12
months)
8. Submit a copy of valid registration certificate issued by NCA within the above
categories accompanied by valid contractor’s annual practicing license
9. Attach a duly filled, signed and stamped form of tender
10. Dully filled business Questionnaire
Complete set of Tender documents in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked
with the respective tender name and number addressed to:

This should be delivered in the tender Box at CHEROBON MIXED DAY SECONDARY
SCHOOL on or before 18/08/2025 at 12:00Pm. Tender opening will be done on the
same day in the presence of contractors or their representatives who may choose to attend.
