TENDER INVITATION NOTICE

Teso South NG-CDF invites sealed bids from eligible contractors to tender for the provision of the following works:

Bidders MUST meet the following requirements (supported by copies of requisite documents) alongside other requirements
contained in the tender documents.
1. Certified copy of certificate of incorporation/Registration.
2. Certified copy of Valid Single Business Permit from any County Government Authority.
3. Certified copy of valid Tax Compliance Certificate issued by KRA.
4. Certified copy of valid National Construction Authority Certificate (BuildingWorks) NCA 6 or above for Building
Works
5. Certified copy of NCA practicing license.
6. Dully filled confidential Business Questionnaire.
7. Dully filled and signed form of tender.
8. Certified copy of Valid CR 12 Certificate and certified copies of IDs/Passports of directors
9. All pages MUST be serialized.
10. Submission of Bid Security of not less than 2% from a reputable bank.
11. Certified copy of litigation history of not less than 6 months.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain a complete set of tender/quotation documents free of charge from Public Procurement
Information Portal (PPIP) Website (www.tenders.go.ke).
Tenders in plain sealed envelopes, marked tender number and bearing no indication of the tenderer should be addressed to;-

and placed in the Tender Box at Teso South NG-CDF office on or before 5th June, 2025 at 11.00am.
Tenders will be opened on 5
th June, 2025 at 11.00 am at the Teso South NG-CDF Boardroom in the presence of tenderers or
the representatives who choose to attend.
