INVITATION TO TENDER
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF WAITHAKA ULTRA- MODERN POLICE STATION IN DAGORETTI SOUTH CONSTITUENCY.

The NG –CDF DAGORETTI SOUTH CONSTITUENCY invites sealed tenders for the PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF
WAITHAKA ULTRA- MODERN POLICE STATION IN DAGORETTI SOUTH CONSTITUENCY.
1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National/International) [Select one] using a
standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours 0800 to 1700 hours at the address given below.
3. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a nonrefundable fees of Kshs. 1,000 in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender
documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s) www.tenders.go.ke . Tender documents obtained
electronically will be free of charge.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers
who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
cdfdagorettisouth@ngcdf.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 210
days from the date of opening of tenders.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a a tender security of Kshs. 145,000. from a financial institution recognized
by CBK or insurance companies approved by PPRA
7. TheTenderershall chronologically serialize all pages ofthe tender documentssubmitted in the format of
1,2,3,4……… (from the cover page to last page including all the attachments).
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 11th November 2025 at 1000hrs
Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and
times pecified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
