Applicants wishing to participate MUST meet all the following mandatory requirements

| MR2 | A copy of CR12 issued within the last one (1) year .Attach copies of IDs for Director(s)/Sole Proprietor or Partners |
| MR3 | A copy of Valid Tax Compliance Certificate |
| MR4 | VAT/PIN Certificate |
| MR5 | A copy of Valid National Construction Authority (NCA) Registration Certificate and current annual license. Category (NCA 5 and above) for building Works |
| MR6 | A copy of Current business permit/license. |
| MR7 | Tender Securing Declaration Form |
| MR8 | Power of Attorney authorizing the legal representative to sign the tender if not represented by Director (s) |
| MR9 | Duly filled, signed and stamped Form of Tender in the bidder’s letterhead |
| MR10 | Duly filled, signed and stamped Confidential Business Questionnaire |
| MR11 | Duly filled, signed and stamped Self-Declaration Form SD1 (Public Procurement and Disposal Act Non-Debarment Form |
| MR12 | Duly filled, signed and stamped Self- Declaration Form SD2(Anti-corruption pledge) |
| MR13 | Must attach details of the Litigation History of the company (both court and arbitration cases) .Must be certified by Commissioner of Oaths |
| MR14 | Tenders submitted should be tape bound and paginated in sequence (1,2,3) including attachments (spiral binding & use of box files will not be accepted) |
