INVITATION TO TENDER
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION TO COMPLETION OF A BASIC MODEL DIGITAL HUB AT KUBO SOUTH WARD(LUKORE)

The NG–CDF MATUGA invites sealed tenders for the proposed Construction to Completion of a Basic
Model Digital Hub at Kubo South Ward (Lukore) located at Matuga constituency for a period of 3 months.
Tendering will be conducted under open tender using a standardized tender document.
Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours
0900 to 1600 hours at the address given below.
A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenderers free of charge.
Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 60 days from
the date of opening of tenders.
The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted in the format of 1,2,3,28………
(from the cover page to last page including all the attachments).
Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 5TH MAY, 2025 at 1000hrs Electronic Tenders
Shall Not be permitted.
Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and time
specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose
to attend at the address below.
