TENDER NOTICE

The National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NGAAF)-Kisumu County through the Kisumu County Commissioner invites contractors to proposed Construction to Completion of Modern Market at Obambo Market -Kisumu West Sub County.

1 KSM/CSCDM/ 016/ 2020-2022 Proposed Construction to Completion of Modern Market at Obambo Market – Kisumu West Sub County 2% Open to all Bidders

Tenderers to obtain a complete set of tender documents upon cash payment of non- refundable fee of Kshs 1000 at Kisumu Central District Treasury.

Interested and Eligible bidders should meet the following mandatory conditions:

  1. Provide Certificate of Incorporation
  2. Provide valid National Construction Authority (NCA) Certificate
  3. Provide valid PIN/VAT Registration Certificate
  4. Provide valid tax compliance certificate
  5. Dully filled form of tender
  6. Dully filled confidential business questionnaire
  7. Valid CR 12 from the Registrar of Companies

In addition, interested bidders must show proof of the following:-

  1. a)Adequate equipment holding for the specified type of work
  2. b)Key technical staff to be engaged
  3. c)Audited account for the last three years
  4. d)Bank account in the name of the Company(Attach six month’s bank statement)
  5. e)Works of similar magnitude and complexity undertaken by the firm in the last three years
  6. f)Evidence of Sound financial standing and access to bank credit line
  7. g)Copy of receipt offender document
  8. h)Evidence of Health Insurance Cover for the Firm’s employees

Completed set tender documents, plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the respective Tender Number, description and bearing the name and addressed to:-

Should be deposited in the tender Box at Kisumu Central Supplies Chain Office on or before 3rd November 2020 at 10.00 am.

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of tenderers and or their representatives who choose to attend.
