TENDER INVITATION NOTICE

Matunda S.A Secondary School invites sealed tenders from interested and
eligible bidders for the proposed project listed below;

SITE VISIT
Interested contractors are advised to visit the site to familiarize themselves with the proposed works.
ELIGIBILITY
Interested bidders should meet the following MANDATORY requirements;
 Attach a copy of National Construction Authority Certificate (Building works)
 Attach copy of Business Registration/ Certificate of Incorporation
 KRA Pin Certificate
 Attach Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
 Attach valid certificate of registration for disadvantaged group (AGPO) for Reserved
Tenders for special groups.
 Attach a copy of CR12
 Attach completely filled, signed and stamped, confidential business questionnaire and form
of tender.
 Attach evidence of completed similar works
 The prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes
 In case of expired NCA Certificate, please attach certified letter from NCA showing that you
are in the process of renewal.

Complete set of detailed tender documents can be obtained from www.tenders.go.ke and
www.ngcdf.go.ke free of charge.
The complete tender document MUST be enclosed in plain sealed envelope, clearly marked with
Tender Name and Tender No. and be deposited in the Tender Box at Matunda S.A Secondary School,
to be addressed to:

To be received on or before Thursday 17th July, 2025 at 12.00 NOON (E.A.T).
Tenders will be Opened immediately thereafter in the presence of PMCs and tenderers or their
representatives.
Late Bids will not be accepted.
