Those interested must meet the following mandatory requirements which should be supported by certified copies of requisite documents during submission for consideration for further evaluation: –
- Copy Certificate of Incorporation /registration
- A copy of Valid KRA pin and VAT Registration Certificate (VAT obligation is a must)
- A copy of Valid Tax Compliance Certificate for the Firm
- Properly and dully filled Form of Tender; stamped and/or sealed, signed by authorized personnel.
- Properly and dully filled Tender Questionnaire; stamped and/or sealed, signed by authorized personnel.
- Properly and dully filled Confidential Business Questionnaire; stamped and/or sealed, signed by authorized personnel
- Copy of the current CR12 from the Registrar of companies (issued within the last 6 months of the tendering period)
- Copy of identification Cards of the company directors
- A copy of valid drilling rig permit from WATER RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY (WARMA)
- Single business permit (2025) TAITA TAVETA.
- Any other document as indicated in the tender document.
