COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF MARSABIT TENDER JUNE 2023
INVITATION TO TENDER
The County Government of Marsabit invites sealed tenders for the PROPOSED EQUIPING OF KUBI DIBAYYU BOREHOLE
1. Tendering will be conducted under national competitive bidding using a standardized tender document. Tendering
is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
2. Tenderers may obtain further information at the County Government of Marsabit Procurement Office at The
County Government of Marsabit headquarters during official working hours.
3. Tenderers may view and download a complete set of tender documents electronically from the County
Government of Marsabit website free of charge www.marsabit.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke.
4. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to County
Government of Marsabit Procurement Office to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 180 days
from the date of opening of tenders.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security or bid bond Kenya Shillings Two Hundred and Fifty
Thousand shillings only (KShs. 250,000.00).
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted e.g 1,2,3…..
9. Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes (original and copy) marked with
tender name and reference number and deposited in the Tender Box at County Government of Marsabit
Offices or to be sent to Director, Supply Chain Management P.O Box 384-60500 Marsabit of Email

10. Tenders will be publicly opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above in the presence
of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend.
11. Late tenders will be rejected.
