NATIONAL GOVERNMENT CONSTITUENCIES DEVELOPMENT FUND TONGAREN CONSTITUENCY TENDER AUGUST 2021

1.1   Tongaren National Government Constituency Development Fund hereby invites sealed tenders from reputable, competent and eligible bidders for the following works:

1.2               Tender documents can be obtained from TONGAREN NG-CDF OFFICE, located in MUKUYUNI upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000/- in cash per tender document

1.3               Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with Tender Reference Number and to be deposited in the Tender box at TONGAREN NG-CDF Offices and addressed to;

so as to be received on or before Wednesday, 18^th August, 2021 at 10.00a.m

1.4               Tender documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the Tongaren NG-CDF office, boardroom. Applicants or their representatives are free to witness the tender opening.

REQUIREMENTS FOR EVERY CONTRACTOR.

1. Copy of Certificate of Incorporation or Registration.
2. Copy of the current CR12 form from the registrar of companies.
3. Copy of VALID Tax Compliance and KRA PIN Certificate.
4. Copy of VAT registration certificate
5. Certified bank statements for the bidder for the last three months.
6. NCA Category 6 and above
7. Copy of Previous Construction Works done of greater magnitude and completed successfully.
8. Company reputation and details of contractor’s plant and equipment
9. Litigation history of the company [Both court and arbitration history]
10. Copies of Completion Certificates of previous works

NB: CANVASSING WILL LEAD TO AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION.
