University of Eldoret invites bids from eligible bidders who must be currently registered with the National Construction Authority (NCA) as follows:

Interested eligible bidders who are registered by National Construction Authority (NCA) in the indicated categories above may obtain further information and inspect tender documents from the Procurement Office, University of Eldoret during normal working hours (Monday to Friday) from 8.00a.m – 1.00p.m and from 2.00p.m to 5.00p.m.
Mandatory pre-tender site visit will be conducted on Tuesday, 6th October, 2020 at University of Eldoret Main Campus Forestry Building at 10.00a.m.

Submission of complete tender documents in hard copies in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked with the Tender name and Tender Reference Number should be addressed and delivered to:

Or deposited in the Tender Box ‘A’ at University of Eldoret Administration Block so as to be received on or before 13th October, 2020 at 11.00 a.m. local time.
Due to restriction on physical meeting/gatherings as issued by the Government to curb Covid-19, only one representative / tenderer per tender will be allowed to witness the opening.
University shall strictly adhere to guidelines issued by the Government on Covid-19 pandemic during opening of the tenders.
Late tenders shall not be accepted.
