TENDER NOTICE
NG-CDF BUMULA Constituency invites tenders from eligible bidders for the following works under being
funded by NG-CDF.

Interested contractors are advised to visit the site to familiarize themselves with the proposed works.
ELIGIBILTY Interested bidders MUST meet the following mandatory requirements:-
1) Attach copy of the National Construction Authority Certificate(building works )NCA 8 and above:
accompanied practicing license
2) Attach certified copy of business Registration /incorporation
3) Certified copy of current and valid Tax compliance certificates
4) Certified copy of single business permit license from the relevant county Government
5) Certified copy of audited financial statements of accounts for the last three years(2021,2022 and 2023)
6) Attach copy of CR12 for limited companies (should be within (6)months . attach copied of IDs/Passport for
directors as per CR12
7) Completely fill in, sign and stamped confidential business questionnaire in the format provided
8) Form of Tender must be dully completed, signed and stamped in the format provided by the Director General or if delegated
attach a letter of attorney.
9) Proof of similar work of similar magnitude
10) Tender documents must be sequentially paginated/serialized on each page including the attachments
11) Prices quoted MUST be inclusive of all taxes and remain valid for a period of 120 days from the day of opening the bids
12) Bid security of kshs.30,000 from reputable bank or insurance company approved by PPRA for open
tenders as specified in the tender documents
13) Interested Tenderers must provide a letter of authority authorizing the Machwele and Namanze Primary Schools to

seek for confirmation or counter check any information provided in the tender document from a relevant source
14) Must fill, sign and stamp Ant-Corruption Declaration /commitment pledge form
15) 15. Must fill, sign and stamp Debarment Declaration form in the format provided.

Tenders to be received on or before Monday 18
th March 2024 at
10:00AM Local time.
Tenders shall be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of tenderers and or/ their representatives who choose to attend.
Late bids shall be rejected
