Proposed extension of doctors suit & construction of modern kitchen at JOOTRH

JARAMOGI OGINGA ODINGA TEACHING AND REFERRAL HOSPITAL TENDER JANUARY 2022 

The County Government of Kisumu, Department, Ministry of Health Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital (JOOTRH) invites sealed bids from eligible firms for the following proposed extension of doctors’ suit, proposed construction of modern kitchen.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR BIDDERS

1. Provide a copy of business Registration certificate or certificate of incorporation/registration.
2. Single business permit
3. Certificate of regulatory authority [NCA category 5 and above)
4. Provide a copy of Valid Tax compliance certificate
5. Provide a copy of PIN certificate.
6. Audited accounts for the last three years.
7. List of personnel and their qualifications [Attach certificates).
8. Confidential business questionnaire duly filled and signed:
9. Form of tender correctly filled and signed.
10. Bid bond 2% of the tender sum.
11. Certified copy of recent CR12 Form.

Interested bidders are free to come for site visitation during working hours.

Prices quoted must be net, inclusive of VAT and other charges and must remain valid for 120 days from the closing date of Tenders. Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes indicating ‘Tender No…………’and bearing NO indication of the tenderer should be addressed to;

Or be deposited in the tender box situated at the administration block of the hospital on or before TUESDAY 18^th January, 2022 at 10.00 a.m. Thereafter tenders will be opened immediately in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who choose to attend.
