Prospective bidders may download the tender document from the Kenya Reinsurance Corporation website www.kenyare.co.ke free of charge or Public Procurement Portal www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly bearing the correct tender number and name should be deposited in the Tender Box located on the 16th floor of Reinsurance Plaza Aga Khan Walk NAIROBI or be sent to:-

To be received on the date and time indicated in the invitation to tender. All the bulky tender documents which do not fit in the tender box should be properly sealed and shall be received and recorded at the Procurement Office on 14th floor of Reinsurance Plaza, Nairobi. Tenders will be opened the same day and time in the Corporation’s Boardroom in the presence of bidders or their representative who choose to attend. Tenders that are delivered after the deadline for submission will be rejected.
Prices quoted MUST be expressed in the currency detailed in the invitation to tender inclusive of Kenyan Government taxes (VAT, WITHHOLDING TAX) and should remain valid for a period of 120 days from the date of closing of the tender.
Bidders who download the tender documents from the Corporation website or the Public Procurement Portal MUST forward their particulars immediately via email to procurement@kenyare.co.ke. This is for record and any further tender clarifications and addendum where necessary. The particulars should include: Name of Firm, Postal Address, Telephone Number, Email Address, Tender Number and Tender Name. The said e-mail may be used for clarification.
Any canvassing or giving of false information will lead to automatic disqualification.
