1. The County Government of Kiambu- Department of Trade, Industrialization, Tourism and Investments invites
sealed tendersfor the construction of PROPOSED KIRAE MARKET SHEDS IN MANGU WARD, GATUNDU
NORTH SUB-COUNTY, KIAMBU COUNTY.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender document.
Tendering isreserved for People Living With Disability (PWDs).
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours 0900 to 1500 hours at the address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website www.tenders.go.ke or
www.kiambu.go.ke .Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.tenders.go.ke or
www.kiambu.go.ke Tenderers who download the tender document mustforward their particularsimmediately to
tenders@kiambu.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. Tendersshall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tendersshall remain valid for 126 days
fromthe date of opening oftenders.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration Form filled in the format attached in the
standard forms of this tender document
8. TheTenderershall chronologically serialize all pages ofthe tender documentssubmitted.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 4
TH APRIL 2025 AT 1200 NOON.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and
time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives
who choose to attend atthe address below.
11. Late tenderswill be rejected.
