INVITATION TO TENDER
PROPOSED LEASE OF OFFICE SPACE FOR THE OFFICE OF THE AUDITOR-GENERAL IN KERICHO TOWN
OAG/OT/13/2024-2025
1. The Office of the Auditor-General invites sealed tenders for lease of Office Space in
Kericho Town for a Period of Six (6) Years.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) tender using a
standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all eligible bidders.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the
Tender Documents during office hours 08:00hrs to 17:00hrs at the address given
below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested bidders
electronically from the Website www.oagkenya.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke.
Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
www.oagkenya.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke Tenderers who download the tender
document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@oagkenya.go.ke
to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
