Space and Systems Consulting Architects, on behalf of our Client, invites tenders from registered Contractors for the Proposed Mixed-Use Development on Plot L.R Nos, Nairobi Block 98/106,107 & 108 in Bellevue, Nairobi City County, Tender No. LAPFUND/F1/2021-2022/4
The tender is open to all Contractors with the relevant NCA1 registration. Tenderers will be required to submit with their tenders, a tender security of Ksh. 100,000,000.00 in form of an on-demand guarantee from either a reputable bank, a financial institution licensed by Central Bank of Kenya or an insurance company approved by PPRA. The Tender Security shall be valid for a period of thirty [30] days beyond the date of tender validity.

Completed Tender Documents (comprising of the Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal each sealed separately as per the Instructions to Tenderers] in plain sealed envelope indicating the “TENDER NUMBER AND NAME” without identifying the sender should be addressed to:
