The National Mining Corporation invites sealed tenders for the following:

Detailed tender document that include mandatory preliminary requirements, technical and fi nancial
evaluation criteria may be viewed and obtained by interested and eligible tenderers free of charge
from the Corporation’s website: http://www.nmckenya.go.ke. or PPIP portal: www.tenders.go.ke as from
28th November/2023.
Note:
1. All submitted Documents may be verifi ed from the issuing agencies, NMC Reserves the right to
verify all submitted documents
2. The bidders to ensure that their rates in the bills of quantities are within the known prevailing
market rates for civil/ Building works pursuant to Section 70(6) (b) of PPADA, 2015 read together with
Regulation 43(4) of the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Regulations, 2020
3. Duly Completed tender documents enclosed in a plain, sealed envelope clearly marked with the
tender name and tender number should be deposited in the tender box located on the second
fl oor, works Building, Ngong Road, Nairobi so as to reach on or before Friday, 08th December 2023,
11.00a.m. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
4. Tenders will be publicly opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above
in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at third fl oor board room,
works building, Ngong Road, Nairobi.
5. Late tenders will be rejected.
6. There shall be mandatory pre-tender site visits as indicated in the tender document.
