KASNEB FOUNDATION OFFICES
The Kenya Accountants and Secretaries National Examinations Board invites sealed tenders for the
Proposed Partitioning and Refurbishment of Kasneb Foundation Offices for a construction period of six month.
1. Tendering will be conducted under the open competitive method nationally using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours 0800 to 1600 hours at the address given below.
3. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon
payment of a non- refundable fees of Ksh.1000.00 in Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address
given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s)
www.kasneb.or.ke and tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.kasneb.or.ke.

5. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid
for 120 (One Hundred Twenty) days from the date of opening of tenders.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security in form of a bank guarantee or bankers’ cheque
of Sh. 50,000 (from a reputable financial institution and shall remain valid for 154 days from the date
of tender opening).
7. There shall be paid a levy by a supplier and KASNEB at the rate of Zero Point Zero Three Percent
(0.03%) of the value of the signed contract exclusive of applicable taxes.
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize, stamp and initialize all pages of the tender
documents submitted.
- Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before THURSDAY,
12 JUNE 2025 at 11.00 a.m. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted. - Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
deadline date and times specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below. - Late tenders will not be received.
