STATE DEPARTMENT FOR INVESTMENT PROMOTION TENDER FEBRUARY 2024
INVITATION TO TENDER
1. The Principal Secretary- State Department for Investments Promotion – invites sealed tenders for the
Proposed Partitioning of 14th Floor Nssf Building for State Department for Investments Promotion –
Nairobi County.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using standardized tender
document.Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. A complete set of tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
www.investmentpromotion.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward
their particulars immediately to the address indicated above to facilitate any further clarification
or addendum.
4. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall includea all taxes and remain valid for 180 days
from the date of opening.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security/Bid Bond in the form of a Bank Guarantee
from a bank or insurance company approved by Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) of
Ksh750,000.00.
6. TheTenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be addressed and delivered to the tender box situated at the lifts lobby of the
address given above so as to be received on or before Thursday 29th February 2024 at 10.00 a.m.
ElectronicTenders will not be permitted.
8. Tenders will be publicly opened immediately after the date and time specified above in the presence
of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend.
