INVITATION TO TENDER
The State Department for East African Community Affairs (SDEAC) invites sealed bids from eligible firms to
undertake the following:

Completed tenders in plain sealed envelope marked both Tender Number and Tender Name must be delivered to
the address below and shall be deposited in the Tender Box marked SDEAC located on the 16th Floor, Cooperative
House, Haile Selassie Avenue, on or before 11.00hrs EAT on 11th November, 2025.
Tenders will be opened immediately in 18TH Floor Boardroom, Cooperative House, Haile Selassie Avenue on
11th November, 2025 at 11.00am.
Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
Late tenders will be rejected.
