MANYATTA NATIONAL GOVERNMENT CONSTITUENCY DEVELOPMENT FUND TENDER 2021 

Tenders are invited from interested and eligible contractors to submit sealed bids for the under listed proposed project.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Certificate of registration / incorporation
2. KRA PIN registration certificate
3. Valid tax compliance certificate
4. Valid NCA Registration Certificate and NCA Practicing license
5. Dully filled confidential business questionnaire, Form of tender (properly filled, signed and stamped)
6. Bank statement for the last six months (Current)
7. Proof of works of similar magnitude undertaken in the last three years
8. Special groups which include youth, women and person living with disability should have duly registered with a valid AGPO certificate.

Bids from the following tenderer shall be treated as non- responsive and therefore subject to automatic disqualification.

1. a)Tenders from a tenderer whose ongoing project(s) is (are) behind schedule and without any approved extension period.
2. b)A tender from a tenderer whose form has been issued with a default notice
3. c)A tenderer with more than three (3) ongoing incomplete projects
4. d)Tenderer found canvassing or engaging in any unprofessional contrary to PPOA regulation

Detailed tender document may be obtained from the NC- CDF Office Manyatta between 9.00am to 5.00pm. upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000.00

Prices quoted must be net inclusive of all applicable taxes and must remain valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the closing date of the tender.

Youth, women and persons with disability are encouraged to apply pursuant to article 31(1) of legal notice no 114.

and deposited in the tender box located at the NG-CDF manyatta Offices Opposite Regional Commissioners Office on or before Monday 17^th May, 2021 at 10.00am.

Tenders shall be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
