INVITATION TO TENDER
PROPOSED PROVISION OF COLOCATION SERVICES FOR BACKUP AND BUSINESS CONTINUITY AT POLICYHOLDERS COMPENSATION FUND

TENDER NO. PCF/14/2023-2024  
1. The Policyholders Compensation Fund (PCF) invites sealed tenders for the for Proposed
Provision of Colocation Services for Backup and Business Continuity at
Policyholders Compensation Fund at PCF offices, located at, 6th Floor, KWFT Center,
Masaba Road, Upper Hill.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the
Tender Documents during office hours [0900 to 1500 hours] at the address given below.
More details on the Services are provided in PART 2 – Services’ Requirements, Section
V – Description of Services of the Tender Document.
4. Tender documents can be obtained electronically from the PCF and PPIP websites
www.pcf.go.ke; and www.tender.go.ke; Tender documents obtained electronically
will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
www.pcf.go.ke; and www.tenders.go.ke;. Tenderers who download the tender
document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@pcf.go.ke to
facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. Tender Security from financial institutions licensed and regulated by either Central
Bank of Kenya or Insurance Regulatory Authority.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents

submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 3rd June
2024 at 10:00am.
9. Electronic Tenders will NOT be permitted.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above
or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the
presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the
address below.
11. Late tenders will be rejected.
