PROPOSED REFURBISHMENT OF THE COUNTY TREASURY HALL, TREASURY HALL RECEPTION AND CECM OFFICE RECEPTION – KILIFI
COUNTY.

The County Government of Kilifi invites sealed tenders for the Proposed Refurbishment of the County
Treasury Hall, Treasury Hall Reception and CECM Office Reception – Kilifi County.
Tendering will be conducted under Request for Quotations using a standardized tender document.
1. Tendering is open to eligible bidders selected from the Kilifi County
Government Prequalification list
2. The Tenderer will submit any request for clarifications in writing addressed to
supplychain@kilifi.go.ke to reach the Procuring Entity to later than 5 working days before
the Tender Opening Date.
3. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Websites
http://www.tenders.go.ke and www.kilifi.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically
will be free of charge.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
http://www.tenders.go.ke and www.kilifi.go.ke . Tenderers who download the tender
document must forward their particulars immediately to supplychain@kilifi.go.ke to facilitate
any further clarification or addendum.
5. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenderss hall remain
valid for150 days from the date of opening of tenders.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kenya Shillings Three Hundred
and Eighty-Six Thousand Nine Hundred (Kshs. 386,900.00) only from a Commercial
Bank or Insurance Company.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be uploaded electronically tothe IFMIS on or before………………………at
………………… (Date and time). Manual Tenders will not be permitted.

10. Late tenders will be rejected
