PROPOSED REFURBISHMENTS TO EXISTING MUNICIPAL BOARD AND REVENUE OFFICES KITALE
TENDER NO: CGTN/FIN/T001/2020-2021
The County Government of Trans Nzoia invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for the proposed refurbishments to existing Municipal Board and Revenue Offices located in Kitale Town.
Prospective candidates may obtain further information/details, view and download tender documents free of charge at the County’s website www.transnzoia.go.ke and also at the Public Procurement Information Portal http://www.tenders.go.ke
A site visit shall be held on Friday, 25th June, 2021 starting 10.00am. Prospective Bidders shall converge at the County Supply Chain Management Services located at the County yard [Fire Station] Kitale at 9.30am. A certificate of site visit shall be issued to all those in attendance.
Bidders shall be required to submit a tender security of Kshs.l50,000/= in form of Bank Guarantee.
Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender number and name, bearing no indication of the bidder should be addressed to;

and deposited in the tender box located at the County Yard Kitale so as to be received on or before Wednesday, 30th June, 2021 at 11.00am. Bids delivered late shall not be accepted.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
