MATAYOS NG-CDF TENDER MAY 2025 

Eligible tenderers are invited for the provision of the following works:

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

1. Attach copies of Business Registration/ Incorporation Certificate
2. Attach valid KRA PIN certificate.
3. Attach certified copy of current and valid tax compliance certificate.
4. Attach certified copy of valid national construction authority (NCA) certificate (building works) NCA 8 and above.
5. Attach certified copy of valid national construction authority (NCA) practicing license (building works).
6. Attach certified copy of CR12 with copies of directors’ IDs (At least 6 months from the date of tender submission).
7. Confidential Business Questionnaire (properly filled, signed and stamped).
8. Form of Tender (properly filled, signed and stamped).
9. Attach litigation history (sworn and signed affidavit to be provided at least six months from date of tender submission).
10. Tender document MUST be serialized.

Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information and tender documents at the MATAYOS NG-CDF offices, MUNDIKA MARKET, MATAYOS CONSTITUENCY during normal working hours 8.00 am to 5.00 P.M, Monday to Friday.

Dully filled tender documents must be returned to the NG-CDF office tender box in a plain envelope with the item number indicated on the top left corner addressed to;
