Interested candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents from CGM website: www.meru.go.ke or supplier.treasury.go.ke .
1.0 Tender documents] shall be downloaded from the website freely, and bidders MUST forward their particulars immediately for recording and further clarification and addenda to procurement.finance@meru.go.ke.
2.0 Completed tender documents shall be submitted through the IFMIS Supplier Portal: supplier.treasury.go.ke as per the requirements contained in the tender document so as to be received on or before the date and time indicated in IFMIS-[14th December 2023 at 11.00AM]
3.0 Tenderers shall furnish, as part of their application a tender security as per the tender instructions appendix.
4.0 Bidders who may experience any challenges in accessing or uploading the tender documents in the IFMIS tender portal should contact IFMIS help desk Tel (0800721477] at the National Treasury.
NOTE: The system will automatically lock out at the date & time of tender closing indicated in the IFMIS portal. Manual Submissions shall not be acceptable in this e- tendering and therefore no physical opening of the tenders.
