Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for 120 days from
the date of opening tenders.
Only bidders who meet the following criteria which must be demonstrated by attaching relevant documentary
evidence shall be considered for further evaluation.
ELIGIBILITY
This invitation to tender is open to any tenderer meeting the following requirement:
MUST be registered by National Construction Authority (NCA 8 and above) and a valid NCA practicing license
MUST provide details of similar works completed for the last Three years.
MUST provide Financial standing (Audited Accounts and Bank Statements) for the last Three years.
MUST provide valid FIN and VAT certificates.
MUST provide valid Tax Compliance certificate.
MUST provide proof of Registration as a company.
MUST provide CR12 for the company
Dully completed, signed and stamped form of tender
Dully completed, signed and stamped confidential business questionnaire
Dully completed, signed and stamped certificate of independent tender determination
Dully completed, signed and stamped self-declaration forms
Further, tender from the following tenderers shall be treated as Non-responsive and therefore subject to
automatic qualification.
A tenderer whose on-going project is/are bchind schedule and without any approved extension of time.
A tenderer who has been served with default notice on on-going projects or terminated fromacontract.
A Tenderer who has more than four on-going projects.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in PLAIN sealed envelopes marked with Tender name and
reference number, well paginated and should be addressed to MOLO NG-CDF FUND ACCOUNT
MANAGER; P.O BOX 37-20106 MOLO and be deposited in the tender box at MOLO NG-CDF OFFICES on
or before 05th NOV. 2025 at 1:00 P.m.
The documents shall be opened immediately thereafter in the NG-CDF MOLO boardroom in the presence of bidders
or their representatives who may ehoose to attend.
