DIESEL ENGINE FOR ST.MARTIN KATHONZWENI SCHOOL
Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) [Select one] using
a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
1. In case this tender is subject to a Reservation, specify the Group is eligible to tender, Insert
e.g. ―Tendering is open to all Small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately with…OPEN TENDER).
2. In case tender is subject to Multiple contracts/lots, insert “Tenderers will be allowed to tender for
one or more lots”.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents

4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment
of a non- refundable fees of (N/A in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below.
Tender documents may be obtained electronically
from the Website((MAKUENI.ngcdf.go.ke) and www.ngcdf.go.ke). Tender documents obtained
electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (PPIP). Tenderers who
download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
cdfMAKUENI@ngcdf.go.ke, 0710941375 and P..o Box 409-90301, Makueni
6. ) to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of 2% of quoted sum with a validity period
of 180 days from the date of tender opening from a recognized financial institution in Kenya or insurance
company approved by PPRA
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 18/02/2026 at 10:00AM].
Electronic Tenders[will not] be permitted.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or anydead
line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
11. Late tenders will be rejected.
