PROPOSED SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ISUZU FRR90 46 SEATER SEMI LUXURY SCHOOL BUS AT SENA SECONDARY SCHOOL

SUBA NORTH NATIONAL GOVERNMENT CONSTITUENCY DEVELOPMENT FUND TENDER JULY 2025 

INVITATION TO TENDER

Suba North National Government Constituency Development Fund invites sealed tenders from interested eligible bidders for the following
Proposed Supply and Delivery for 2023/2024 Financial Year.

Interested eligible bidders who meet the following MANDATORY requirements will be considered for further evaluation:
i. Submit a copy of the Certificate of incorporation/registration of the company.
ii. Submit a copy of KRA PIN Certificate.
iii. Submit a copy of the Valid Tax Compliance Certificate.
iv. Submit a copy of CR12 for incorporated companies.
v. Submit a copy of business permit.
vi. Submit a copy of a License of Manufacturer’s Authorization.
vii. Must submit a security bond of Ksh. 180,000.00 from the bank or insurance company and must remain valid for 30 days i.e after the
expiry of the tender validity period (supply and delivery of motor vehicles)
viii. The bid price should be valid for 120 days from the date of tender opening.
ix. The tender form and confidential business questionnaire MUST be duly filled and signed by an authorized person.
x. Details and evidence of experience in works of a similar nature and size for at least ONE year giving details of clients who may be
contacted for further information.
xi. Provide evidence of the adequacy of working capital for the proposed works (access to line(s) of credit and availability of other
financial resources)
xii. Serialization of ALL pages by the bidder(s) for each bid submitted.
Bidders may obtain and inspect a complete set of detailed tender documents physically at the NG-CDF Offices, located at Mbita Town
during normal working hours from July 24, 2024 upon payment of cash or presentation of a cash deposit slip of a non-refundable fee of
Kshs 1,000 (Kenya Shillings One Thousand Only) payable to SUBA NORTH NG-CDF bank account number 0760297600325
Equity Bank Kenya, Mbita Point Branch.
Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (www.ngcdfboard.go.ke) and the PPIP website for Suba North

Prices quoted must be inclusive of all taxes.
