INVITATION TO TENDER
1.0 : TENDER NOTICE
The National Government Constituency Development Fund (NG-CDF) – Nyeri Town
Constituency, and the Project management Committees for Kihatha Secondary School
invites interested eligible and competent suppliers from reputable companies for the
below mentioned tender;

Bidders MUST meet the following MANDATORY minimum requirements;
1. A certified copy of certificate of registration /incorporation.
2. A certified copy of the company CR12 and copies of ID of the directors.
3. A certified copy of a valid KRA PIN registration certificate.
4. A certified copy of a valid Tax Compliance Certificate for the firm.
5. Certified copy of last year’s audited books of accounts.
6. A duly filled, signed and stamped tender documents.
7. Verifiable Evidence of similar supply done for the last 3 years
including color pictures and copies of contracts.
8. A sworn affidavit confirming no litigation history.
9. Document must be properly serialized.
10. Bid Bond of 2 % of the total price value from a recognized Bank or insurance guarantee valid for 120 days
11. Attach a valid proof of being a registered and licensed to operate as a vehicle supplier by NTSA.

(www.tenders.go.ke) Prices quoted should be inclusive of all government taxes and
remain valid for 120 days from the date of tender opening.
Complete Tender documents must be enclosed in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked
with the Tender Name and Tender Number and be deposited in the tender box situated
at Nyeri Town NGCDF CONSTITUENCY offices addressed to;
