INVITATION TO TENDER
The Kenya National Commission for UNESCO(KNATCOM) invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for
provision of Air Ticketing Services under Framework Contract as detailed here below;-

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents from the
Kenya National Commission for UNESCO offices on 16th floor National Bank Building Harambee Avenue
Nairobi between 9.00am and 4.30pm
A complete set of the tender documents can be viewed and downloaded from the Kenya National Commission
for UNESCO website www.unesco.go.ke for free. Price quoted should be net inclusive of all
taxes, must be in kenya shillings and should remain valid for 150 days
Bidders who download the documents from the website must forward their particulars immediately to
procurement@unesco.go.ke for records and further clarification and addenda
Complete tenders in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with tender number and tender reference
name shall be addressed to;-

Tenders shall be deposited in the Tender Box provided at the Commission’s offices 16th floor National
Bank Building, Harambee Avenue ,Nairobi on or before Friday 7th July 2023 at 11.00am
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who
choose to attend. Late tenders will not be accepted.
