- KASNEB has set aside funds in its budget toward the cost of the subject consulting services.
- KASNEB invites sealed proposals from eligible service providers for provision of Provision for Consultancy Services for Undertaking Senior Management Recruitment and Selection for KASNEB.

before the tender closing date.
- If a Consultant is a Joint Venture (JV), the full name of the JV shall be used and all members, starting with the name of the lead member. Where sub-consultants have been proposed, they shall be named. The maximum number of JV members shall be specified in the DS. (NOT APPLICABLE).
- It is not permissible to transfer this RFP to any other firm.
- A firm will be selected under Quality and Cost Based Selection method and in a format as described in this RFP, in accordance with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015, a copy of which is found at the following kasneb website: www.kasneb.or.ke and/or PPIP Portal.
- Prices quoted should be inclusive of all levies (0.03% Capacity Building Levy) taxes and all applicable costs, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for 120 days from the closing date of the tender.
- Completed Request for Proposal documents should be deposited in the Tender Box at kasneb Towers I, Off Hospital Road, Upper Hill Nairobi to be received on or before Friday,6 February 2026, at 11.00 A.M.
- The Technical Proposal document will be opened immediately after the closing time in the conference Room at KASNEB Head Quarters in Nairobi. Interested tenderers or their representatives may attend the tender opening.
