1. KASNEB has set aside funds in its budget toward the cost of the subject consulting services.
kasneb invites sealed proposals from eligible service providers for provision of Provision for
consultancy Services for Undertaking Senior Management Recruitment and Selection
for KASNEB.
2. ‘More details on the Services are provided in Section 5 (Terms of Reference)’. Further
information as pertains to this tender may be obtained during working hours (Monday to
Friday) between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm using the following address: Tel +254 020 492000,

3. If a Consultant is a Joint Venture (JV), the full name of the JV shall be used and all members,
starting with the name of the lead member. Where sub-consultants have been proposed, they
shall be named. The maximum number of JV members shall be specified in the DS.
(NOT APPLICABLE).
4. It is not permissible to transfer this RFP to any other firm.
5. A firm will be selected under Quality and Cost Based Selection method and, in a format, as
described in this RFP, in accordance with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015,
a copy of which is found at the following kasneb website: www.kasneb.or.ke. and/or PPIP
Portal.
6. Please inform us by Friday, 30 January 2026 in writing at the address below or by E-mail
ceo@kasneb.or.ke; procuretwo@kasneb.or.ke that you have received this Request for
Proposals.
7. Details on the proposal’s submission date, time and address are provided in the ITC 17.7 and
ITC 17.9 of the Data Sheet.
8. Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain
valid for 120 days from the closing date of the tender.
9. All interested bidders shall require to submit the bid proposals through the
e-Government Procurement (e-GP) System, and also submit hard copies.
- This is a two (2) Envelope Tender-The Technical Proposal and Financial proposal are to be
put in different envelops clearly marked “Technical Proposal” and “Financial Proposal” and
sealed in one outer envelope. - The total amount quoted shall be inclusive of all applicable Costs, Levies and Taxes (including
the 0.03% Capacity Building Levy). - Completed Request for Proposal documents should be deposited in the Tender Box at kasneb
Towers I, Off Hospital Road, Upper Hill Nairobi to be received on or before Friday,
6 February 2026, at 11.00 A.M. -
The Technical Proposal document will be opened immediately after the closing time in the
Conference Room at kasneb Head Quarters in Nairobi. Interested tenderers or their
representatives may attend the tender opening. The Financial Proposals for bidders meeting
the technical requirements will be opened later during evaluation of bids in the presence of the
respective bidders where applicable. - Bidders are required to serialize all the pages of the bid document including attachments of
each bid document submitted.
