- Introduction
KCB Group Plc (“KCB”) is East Africa’s largest commercial Bank, established in 1896. The Group is headquartered in Kenya, with the country serving as the lead market with the banking subsidiary, KCB Bank Kenya. Over the years, the Bank has grown and spread its wings into Tanzania, South Sudan, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, and the Republic of Congo. Our subsidiaries KCB Bank Kenya and Trust Merchant Bank (TMB) also have representative offices in Ethiopia and Brussels, respectively. Additionally, KCB Group owns KCB Bancassurance Intermediary Limited, KCB Investment Bank, KCB Asset Management, KCB Foundation and Kencom House Limited as non-banking businesses. This document constitutes the formal Request for Information (RFI) for the provision of a Human Resource Management System (HRMS) to support an organization with a workforce of between 12,000 and 15,000 employees. It is intended to gather information from interested and qualified vendors with proven experience in delivering enterprise-grade HRMS solutions. Responses are expected to address the functional, technical, and commercial requirements stated herein. Please read through this document carefully and provide the requested information together with all supporting documents.
- About the Request for Information (RFI)
KCB is seeking information from industry players regarding a robust Human Resource Management System (HRMS) capable of supporting the full end-to-end employee lifecycle including Recruitment & Onboarding, Core HR Administration, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee and Manager Self-Service, as well as HR Analytics and Reporting. The objective of this Request for Information (RFI) is to evaluate respondents’ functional, technical, and commercial competencies in delivering an enterprise-grade HRMS that can effectively support a workforce of 12,000 to 15,000 employees. The respondents’ submissions will be considered a true representation of their organization’s ability to meet the stated requirements. The information provided will be used to assess the respondents’ capabilities and will serve as the basis for shortlisting for the next phase of engagement.

- a)Please submit a detailed response to this RFI and attach supportive documentation.
- b)All responses must be received via the portal on or before 5th November 2025, 17:00PM EAT.
- c)All requests for clarification must be received via the portal on or before 24th October 2025.
- d)Receipt of a response shall not bind KCB into a contractual agreement with the respondent.
- e)Any costs associated with preparation and submission of the response to this RFI shall be borne by the respondent.
